Hello! I recently moved to Italy and I bought a vodafone SIM card a month ago that included a data plan consisting of 50GB + unlimited data on apps for 17€ a month. Today I stopped by a vodafone store to have my plan upgraded to one with unlimited GB. The store clerk told me that this would cost me 25€ a month plus an additional 25€ as a starting fee. I paid but after half an hour I saw that the plan I had received was similar to the one I previously had, the difference was that instead of 50GB per month I had 40GB and I was now paying 25€ a month instead of 17€ per month. Plus I paid an extra 25€ just for the starting fee. So now I am paying 8€ more a month for a plan that gives me 10GB less, plus the 25€ I paid for the ''upgrade''. How can I go about to have this resolved? Thanks in advance!

Hi, if you did the contract here in Italy you should contact 190 or twitter, facebook.
